What will you do?
  • Configure agent behaviors using Prompt Builder, Agent Actions, Salesforce Flow, and Apex
  • Develop and enhance the CRM architecture, including future AI solutions (e.g. Agentforce Agents)
  • Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as case management
  • Integrate third-party systems (e.g., telephony, chatbots, MIAW messaging in app or web) using APIs and Mulesoft
  • Implement, automate, and create workflows to optimize customer service processes including case automation, escalations, SLAs, and omni-channel routing
  • Conduct data migrations, validations, and clean-ups
  • Participate in the entire development cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support of our B2C Salesforce CRM solutions
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of developer documentation
  • Implement error handling, fallback and human-in-the-loop workflows, analyze Salesforce Event 
  • Monitoring, and manage OwnBackup maintenance and recovery
  • Mentor junior developers and perform code reviews and Support deployments, releases, and post-release stabilization
What's your story?
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, administration, and configuration of Salesforce CRM / service cloud solutions
  • Strong programming skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows
  • Hands-on experience in integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs, as well as middleware tool like Mulesoft
  • Solid understanding of IT security guidelines and cloud technologies
  • Several years of experience as a quality-conscious developer
  • Initial practical experience in integrating SAP S/4HANA is desirable
  • Openness to using AI tools and integrating them into daily workflows
  • You are familiar with working in agile projects and appreciate flexibility and dynamis
  • You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with others and is open to new challenges
  • Excellent English language skills, written and spoken
